Modern Equipment for Precise Care

Accurate treatment begins with an accurate picture of what is wrong. Our diagnostic and treatment rooms are equipped to answer that question on site, in the same visit, rather than sending you across the city and waiting a day for results.

Every instrument here is maintained on a service schedule and operated only by trained staff. Where a case needs imaging or laboratory work beyond what we hold, we coordinate directly with our partner laboratories so you are never left arranging it yourself.

What Happens During a Diagnostic Visit

  1. A veterinarian examines your pet and decides which tests are actually needed — we do not run a panel for the sake of it.
  2. Samples or images are taken on site, usually while you wait.
  3. Results are read the same visit and explained to you in plain language, with the printout to take home.
  4. Treatment starts immediately if the findings call for it.

Having the laboratory in the same building meant we had blood results within the hour instead of the following day. That changed the treatment my dog received.

Turnaround Times

Test Typical Result Time
Complete blood count Within 30 minutes
Biochemistry panel Within 1 hour
Digital X-ray Same visit
Ultrasound Same visit

Note: emergency cases are always prioritised, so walk-in diagnostic work may occasionally wait behind a critical admission.
