Protection That Starts Before Illness Does
Vaccination is the single most effective thing you can do for your pet's long-term health. At Animal Medical Centre we build a schedule around your individual animal, taking its age, breed, lifestyle, and previous medical history into account, rather than working from a fixed checklist.
Every visit begins with a full physical examination, because a vaccine should only be given to a healthy animal. Our veterinarians check temperature, weight, coat, teeth, heart, and lungs, then talk you through what is due now and what to plan for next. Vaccines are stored in a temperature-monitored cold chain and logged in your pet's record so that boosters are never missed.

Frequently Asked
We prefer to vaccinate only healthy animals, because an unwell immune system may not respond properly. If your pet has a fever, diarrhoea, or is off its food, we will treat that first and reschedule the vaccine at no extra consultation charge.
Mild tiredness or slight tenderness at the injection site for a day is normal. Serious reactions are rare, which is why we observe your pet before you leave. Call us straight away if you notice facial swelling, vomiting, or breathing difficulty at home.
Urgent Help, Any Hour
Accidents and sudden illness don't wait for opening hours. If your pet is injured, struggling to breathe, or in visible distress, call us straight away. Our team will guide you through the first steps and prepare for your arrival.
